Gratuities and tips

We do not normally include a tip on your bill however for parties of 8 or more guests we do suggest a gratuity of 10%. This will appear on your bill however is, of course, discretionary.

All gratuities are shared amongst the whole workforce. This is overseen by a staff committee to ensure that this is done in a fair way. A small percentage is taken by the company in order to cover credit card processing fees and any other administrative costs associated with distribution.
